It can be said that Facebook cannot be determined between the private and public sphere, unlike other Web 2.0. How Facebook is known to be private with its privacy settings that the user is allowed to control their information. However, the user’s profile information will become public with the number of quizzes and games they take on Facebook. The public sphere is where dialogues, debates, and discussions are publicly known and it is the idea of public opinion. Therefore, the discussion is public as well as open topic discussion and it is in the interest of the public. As well as the public sphere, the private sphere is also problematic, but the private sphere is where there are topics in discussion in a private area with certain people or family members. It is still up for discussion on what issues are private or public. Web 2.0 technologies are known to be Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube that have replaced the desktop-based computer programs. Many people are not aware that Web 2.0 has both the public and private spheres. As Facebook users, they would need to know strategy and tactics and understand them and learn how to use them. Therefore, Facebook uses many strategies and users should use tactics to have some control over Facebook so using tactical activities can be good for everyone.
